European championship title for PSIR student Nejra Sipović

She might be mastering the intricacies of diplomacy and politics, but her skill is far beyond diplomatic when it comes to karate. Nejra Sipović won the European championship (younger senior category) at the recent 50th Karate European Championship for Cadets, Juniors and U21, also setting the national benchmark. After five winning matches against Azerbaijan, Greece, Spain and Germany, the final battle against the Ukrainian competitor was decisively won with a score of 6:3.

Nejra has an impressive track record with an astounding 800 medals on display. And her competition season has just begun!
