SSST Medical school students at International Medical Students Congress SAMED

Third-year Sarajevo Medical School students, Dina Neiroukh and Clara Pinherio, have been representing the University SSST at the International Medical Students Congress SAMED (www.samed.ba) with their presentation named ''Viral infections may affect the autoimmune process causing type 1 diabetes'', prepared under the mentorship of professor Mirza Ibrisimovic. "Congresses are a great opportunity to improve ones presenting skills, share network and test oneself, and that is exactly what we did in the 4th year SAMED Congress that was held on the 8th of February. We are proud to say that we presented our topic very well, from the questions and discussions we have received from the audience, which we perceived as a positive feedback, indicating that our work was well understood, delivered properly, and interesting. We would also like to acknowledge professor Ibrisimovic for supporting us when we needed", said Dina and Clara. We congratulate them and wish them many more successful presentations to come!
