SSST visits the Elementary School '' Seonica ''

On October 16, 2024, the management of the University Sarajevo School of Science and Technology visited the Elementary School “Seonica”.

Students of the 15 nearby villages attend the school whose location is in an area that was recently affected by devastating floods. Many students and school employees have also lost their homes, and we are aware that this is just the very beginning of the reconstruction process and aid collection actions.

Thus, we donated tablets, a laptop, two computers, a projector and additional technical support to establish and expedite online classes in this part of our country. Furthermore, the school employees were given school supplies and student backpacks donations from the University employees and students.

We remain at the disposal to the school management for all further steps toward normalizing the teaching process, and in this regard, as early as next month, we expect a visit by the school management and its students to the Gymnasium SSST. This visit will also be an opportunity to discuss additional forms of cooperation and assistance.
