The Public Relations and Marketing Office of the Sarajevo School of Science and Technology (SSST) coordinates and organizes activities that help enhance the visibility and promotion of the University. The Office drafts and distributes announcements, press releases and publications such as University brochures and leaflets.

Public Relations and Media Coordination

The PR and Marketing Office manages various aspects of promotion, communication, and higher visibility of the University SSST:

  • Strategic campaign planning: we develop innovative marketing strategies and creative content meant to attract the attention of target audiences, ensuring consistency in communication with the public.
  • Media communication: we are dedicated to interaction with media, the development of press materials and the organization of media events to ensure the presence of the University SSST in relevant media channels.
  • Event organization: we plan and coordinate various promotions, conferences, seminars, and other events contributing to the recognition and reputation of the University SSST.

      Marketing Strategies

      The PR and Marketing Office monitors the effects of campaigns and analyzes their results, enabling the entire team to continuously adjust the communication strategy according to the needs of the market.

      Analytical approach: The office is equipped with tools for monitoring the performance of campaigns and analyzing their results, enabling the team to continuously adjust the communication strategy according to the needs of the market.

      The team creates content for the University's social media accounts on a daily basis, following the needs and trends of the market. We make sure that all materials and the latest information about the programs, departments, teaching staff, research activities and SSST partners are easily accessible to media, entrants, and other interested parties.

      The PR and Marketing Office is also tasked with coordinating the requests for SSST staff interviews as well as promoting the projects and achievements of University's students and departments.

      In cooperation with the University management, this Office also includes conceptualization and implementation of the University's marketing strategies through campaigns, advertising, social media, and promotion, with the aim of delivering the information and values of the University as efficiently as possible.
