University SSST at CSEDU 2025: Research on Inclusive Game Design Takes the Stage
A research paper authored by Prof. Belma Ramić-Brkić, Dean of the Computer Science Department, Senior Teaching Assistant Bojan Mijatović, and Hana Ibrić, a second-year student of the Game Design and Development program, was presented at CSEDU 2025 – the International Conference on Computer Supported Education, held in April this year.
Titled “Integrating Serious Games in Education: Advancing Inclusive Design”, the paper is rooted in Prof. Ramić-Brkić’s ongoing research and explores how serious games can be used to support more inclusive and accessible learning environments.
CSEDU is an internationally recognized conference that gathers researchers, practitioners and educators from around the world to exchange ideas on the future of technology in education. Having work presented at such a platform speaks to the relevance and quality of research coming from our University.
The paper has been included in the official conference proceedings, which will be indexed by Scopus, Google Scholar, dblp Computer Science Bibliography, Clarivate, and Semantic Scholar, offering valuable visibility and reach within the academic community.
This recognition also highlights the strong collaboration between students and academic staff at SSST, and the kind of hands-on, research-driven learning environment we strive to create.
