University SSST among five successful consortia granted by Regional Challenge Fund in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The Foreign Trade Chamber of Bosnia and Herzegovina (VTK BiH), as one of the partners in the Regional Challenge Fund (RCF) project, hosted a ceremony in Sarajevo where five selected consortia for financing were announced, among which the University-Sarajevo School of Science and Technology (SSST) in cooperation with Ministry of Programming d.o.o. Sarajevo, ZIRA d.o.o. Sarajevo and HTEC d.o.o.
At the Regional Challenge Fund (RCF) grant awarding ceremony in Sarajevo, attendance at the event was confirmed by the executive director of SSST University, Emir Ganić, who received the letter of intent for financing.
This important news confirms the engagement of SSST University in promoting innovative projects and strengthening cooperation with the business sector. The Regional Challenge Fund provides support to these consortia in order to improve professional education and training, responding to the concrete needs of businesses for specific skills.
SSST University, together with its partners, continues to contribute to the development of the economy in Bosnia and Herzegovina, creating opportunities for young people and encouraging innovative solutions in the scientific and technological sectors.
With support from Germany and Switzerland, RCF has become a key initiative in the Western Balkans region, providing funding for projects that respond to business needs for specific skills. This project is the result of cooperation between educational institutions, companies, and international partners, and represents an important step towards a sustainable and competitive economy in BiH.
