The University SSST and Sarajevo Medical School had the pleasure to organise a guest lecture by Dr Adnan Memic, Associate Professor at the Centre of Nanotechnology – King Abdulaziz University, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Dr Memic held a very interesting one-day seminar under the title "Translating Micro and Nanotechnology into Medicine". This was the second time SSST students had the opportunity to hear from Dr. Memic and we look forward to our collaboration in the future.
Dr Memic is a renowned expert in a field of nanotechnology, bio engineering, bio materials, electrospinning and 3D printing, and has previously taught at prestigious world universities: Harvard, MIT, Dartmouth, UIC and Wayne State. He is the author and co-author of dozens of research papers who have been cited in journals of nanomedicine, research papers and other scientific works all over academic community.
