While a candidate’s academic performance is the most important criteria under consideration in the admission process, accomplishments outside of the classroom, demonstrated a commitment to the broader community, and personal qualities such as resiliency, motivation and ambition are certainly considered in accepting a student to our academic community. Our academic programs, research institutes, and staff help our university define what we are; our students, however, define who we are, and where we are going.
Through a unique partnership, SSST is able to offer students not only an SSST degree (accepted in Bosnia and Herzegovina) but also a United Kingdom degree, as well as a second marketable specialty (minor) to increase your competitiveness in the marketplace. With this same competitiveness in mind, students leave SSST with two foreign languages: German as well as English. Moreover, SSST has a diverse student body consisting of students from all over Bosnia and Herzegovina and foreign students, while our faculty comes from various countries. These diverse groups have built a sophisticated culture at SSST – one of international networks, cross-cultural interactions, a sharing of information and research, and diverse internship opportunities.
