Course period: June 13 – July 1, 2016
Venue: Sarajevo School of Science and Technology University - Main Campus, Hrasnička cesta 3a, Ilidža, Sarajevo
The course is three weeks long (30 hours in total). Students will attend 2 classes per day (2 hours), and the following teaching units will be covered:
- Selected aspects of English grammar: verb tenses, agreement, word formation, articles, and sentence structures;
- Developing academic writing skills: writing paragraphs; correct citation and avoiding plagiarism;
- Reading and writing different types of essays;
- Delivering successful presentations.
At the end of the course, students should have a strong knowledge of writing and reading English in academic contexts and be able to apply this knowledge in their university courses. Students who attend a minimum 75% of the classes will receive a Certificate of Attendance upon completion of the course.
You can attend this course as part of the Pre-Medical Preparatory Classes, or independently.
Price: KM 300
This includes 30 hours of teaching, the learning materials and a Certificate of Attendance.
