Meet Adela Kadric – Adela is a fourth-year student of Political Science and International Relations Faculty and has been going strong for these past four years as one of the tops of her class. Not only has she been thrilled by the way these past years have passed in studying and education at SSST, but she also wants to continue her Masters at our postgraduate programme. We wanted to pick her brain on the decisions she has made concerning her studies and what has led her to SSST.
„The decision to study at SSST was an easy one; one that I have not regretted. What attracted me to this university was its accreditation on the international level and the double diploma that it offered with the University of Buckingham. Hearing the success stories of past students only furthered my desire to begin my undergraduate studies at SSST. As a wide variety of majors and minors are offered to students, almost everyone can find the perfect fit for them. For me, choosing to major in Political Science and International Relations was based on my curiosity of politics in both BiH and the international arena“, says Adela.
We also wanted to know what would be her take on SSST – what makes this institution stand out amongst all others in Bosnia and Herzegovina?
„The experience I have gained and the incredible people I have come into contact with could not have been found in any other university in the region. SSST truly gives students the support and opportunities to achieve all their goals. I was provided with a well-rounded education in both the field of politics and economics, given the skills and knowledge needed to work in the real world. The teaching staff is comprised of the finest professionals in their fields, many of whom have studied or worked abroad. This is what makes SSST so unique; its multicultural and professional environment is one that is comparable to top universities across the world.“
And what about her extracurricular activities and all other projects at the SSST?
„Along with all the knowledge and skills that I have gained at SSST, my membership in the oldest student club Enter has given me memories that will forever be cherished. Through this club, I have made relationships with students and staff that will last a lifetime. Being able to promote this university across the country and organizing various conferences and fairs has sparked my interest in marketing and management. For this reason, I have decided to continue my studies at SSST after graduation and I will be pursuing a Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) in the coming fall.“

„Remember to take every opportunity that is offered to you. Speak your opinions, ask questions, take advantage of all that is at your disposal, enrol in student clubs, and most importantly, be proud of everything you do.“
