It was a great honor and pleasure to be the host of the 17th Eurographics Workshop on Graphics and Cultural Heritage ( GCH 2019), from 6 to 9 November 2019, which was held in Bosnia and Herzegovina for the first time. This year’s theme was to explore the role of computer graphics and other digital technologies in preserving, maintaining and providing assistance in order to prevent damage and endangerment of cultural heritage – man made threats such as climate change, economic difficulties, violence and neglect.
We want to thank all participants that came to Sarajevo and participated at the conference. Big congratulations to our president and organization coordinator, dr. Belma Ramic-Brkic, Dean of Computer Science and Information Systems at SSST. A big thank you also goes to prof. Selma Rizvic and prof. Karina Rodriguez Echvarria, co-chairman of the programme.
