Let's do some number crunching: 5 days, 150+ participants, 7 departments, 60 Hackathon competitors, a whole lot of hands-on workshopping, brainstorming, discussing, question-asking and conclusion-making to top it all off.
The 2023 Winter Academy is coming to a close, and we finish this exciting journey as it started: back in the same room with all participants, this time handing their participation certificates and acknowledging their hard work and dedication to our Winter Academy, a crash course on all things SSST.
A big thank you goes out to all our department heads and professors for designing the programs, getting to know our participants and teaching about the wonders of computer science, economics and business, political science and international relations, game design and development, medicine, dentistry and pharmacy.
We have to hand it to all our participants for deciding to sacrifice their winter breaks and do some more learning.
Judging by their final-day excitement, it was all worth it.
