Holds a master’s degree in Economics from School of Economics and Business, University of Sarajevo. With over 20 years of experience in the field of human resource management in various corporations, Suzana Tihi-Babić is acclaimed human resource expert, experienced trainer and lecturer. Since June 2016, she is the Human Resource Director at Addiko Bank d.d. Sarajevo. Prior to her engagement at Addiko Bank, she worked for ten years as Human Resources Manager of the ASA Group, responsible for the creation and implementation of strategy, objectives, policies and procedures related to human resources management within the Group with 20 members and over 500 employees. Tihi-Babić had started her career in Human Resources in Coca-Cola HBC B-H. During her six years in this company, Suzana was responsible for various HR fields such as recruitment, training and development, talent management, performance management, employee relations and other. In 2015, Tihi-Babić was one of the founders of Human Resources Association and soon became its first president. Suzana Tihi-Babić is a certified trainer for various employee development programs with extensive experience in planning and conducting seminars/training. She is regularly invited as the lecturer or panelist at HR conferences and relevant workshops. She is particularly interested in doing further research in leadership, training and development.
