Intended Learning Outcomes:
To improve understanding of the theory related to the field of Organisational Behaviour.
Characterize the nature of the field of organizational behaviour, and discuss the contribution of each level of analysis (individual, group, organizational)
Critically analyse the components and importance of each level of analysis, as well as their interaction in shaping organizational outcomes
Demonstrate confidence and flexibility in case study analyses
Provide recommendations and explain reasoning for the choices made in case study analyses
Ability to used pre-defined methods to conduct a research and to judge and critically analyse results.
Teaching and Learning Strategy:
Lectures will be based on the key text book combined with supplementary resources. (ILO: 1-5)
Group project assignment to integrate theoretical concepts with practical skills and to address organizational behaviour (OB) themes and issues (ILO: 6)
Group discussions in class will encourage active participation. (ILO: 1-5)
