Powered by SSST is the newest student club at SSST, founded in October 2018. Powered by SSST is a student club focused on software development. The club will host brainstorming sessions in which new project ideas will be thought up and presented. The projects can be anything from designing a simple web page, all the way up to creating advanced Android / iOS applications. Members will be divided into different teams, according to the projects which will be under development in a given moment.
The club is a great opportunity for students to experience coworking and deadlines, mimicking the actual work of an IT company. It is also a great first step for students who have no experience in software development, because the club will host tutoring sessions to help its members get up to speed with different programming languages, database platforms etc.
The goal of Powered by SSST is to show that young people in Bosnia can make big things happen in the IT industry, and that a well organized team of students can prosper in one of the world’s leading industries. If you have any interest in programming, please join us.
